STUDIO NEWS:
Studio Uniform
It was decided at lessons that we need a studio uniform. T shirts to wear to lessons and tracksuit jackets for comps. We will be doing some fundraising of selling chocolates and I am looking into doing a St Patricks day fundraiser (Monday 17th March). The jackets will be needed for Champ of Champs so they will have to be purchased locally and paid for upfront then re-imbursed with fundraising money. Logo and colours will be decided at lessons this week.
Georgie & Rebecca heading to Champion of Champions
Good luck girls, they will be going to the biggest competition held in Australia. It is held every 2 years at Easter time and a different state hosts the event each time. This year it is being held in Newcastle.
Welcome to the Harleys
Rebecca has moved with her family to Wagga for 1-2 years from Adelaide. Rebecca was a student at the Garrick School and is in Premier. We are very excited to have Rebecca with us and hope she enjoys being part of the school.
Rebecca attends Scotdance Workshop in Bathurst
Over the Australia Day long weekend Rebecca attended the annual workshop, she had lessons with dancers from all over Australia and teachers from Scotland and New Zealand. The workshop was a great preparation for Champion of Champions.
